Nope, that was me. I get irritated by the near-constant use of almost
*any* word in a novel, but the more unusual the word, the more
irritated I get. I call it "Niffleheim Syndrome" after the first
time I really noticed it, in H. Beam Piper's "Little Fuzzy" (which
is otherwise a fantastic book, BTW).
Hmm...fuzzies...new metahuman race...
