Being one of the "others", I can say that, game wise, it makes sense for a
rigger to have to pay as much as a samurai for the same init bonuses.
Afterall, both of them have respective roles to fulfill, so why should one
get +3 + 3D6 cheaper than the other? As it is, a VCR costs much less.
Essence just balances everything out.

As far as game logic, that's another big discussion I can't bring myself to
type up right now.
