I don't remember where the hell it was, but there was a rule that
penalized magicians who operated in the Matrix, a modifier to target
numbers, or a reduction in dice, or some such thing. Anyway, now that
I look in MitS (LOVE that book, Steve), I see that there's a mention of
Awakened characters and decking, but it indicates no such penalties; it
just says that they become a jack-of-all-trades at the expense of their
magic. I this so? Could I make a mage that was as capable as a decker
in the Matrix, assuming they had the same Computer and cyberdeck stats?
