Oxygenate: If you're using it for underwater breathing, you really
don't want it to be easy to dispell. (Perhaps as a house rule, the
extra dice it gives vs. oxygen deprivation should be limited to Spell
Force, to keep it in line with all the other spells.)

Detox: Check the Errata sheet. It's only good against stuff that has
a Power Rating less then or equal to the Force of the spell.

Entertainment: It's a fluff spell that has little practical advantage
to a shadowrunner, so the fact that there's no drawback for taking it
just at Force 1 doesn't matter much, does it? (If you want another
house rule, limit the detail level it can re-create by the force of
the spell, I suppose.)
