Humans: HOMO SAPIENS sapiens
Orks: HOMO SAPIENS robustus
Trolls: HOMO SAPIENS ingentis
Dwarves: HOMO SAPIENS (midgitus? <g>)
Elves: HOMO SAPIENS nobilis.

Any HOMO SAPIENS is automatically eligible to apply for a SIN,
and those born of parents with SIN's automatically get a SIN of their
own. Sapient Non-HOMO SAPIENS species (Sasquatch, Dragon, etc) are eligible
for a "probationary citizenship," or whatever the heck it's called. This is
of course under UCAS law only. The Japanese, of course, would prefer not to
register metahumans at all.
