It was in Awakenings. I'll check MITS when I get home. I think it's in
MITS too. Distance strike is powerful in and of itself. If a character
wants to use killing hands with it, then he really should pay double
because that makes him VERY powerful. It's got no drain, it's
undetectable and he gets to do it from 18 ft away uninitiated!
