Ah, roleplaying-wise, wouldn't you get tired of bleeding out your ears four
times a day? It'd make me pick up a gun and just shoot people. (Actually,
it'd make me get the hell out of combat for the rest of my life, but aren't
all these characters a little screwy in the head?)

Why is everyone's last move to duck for cover? Do the NPC's somehow know
she's about to cast some spell of death? How? When spellcasting requires no
movement, no vocalization, how do they know to duck?

What the hell is a sustained bonded focus? Is this some SR3 thing?

How fast are they going when they hit the barrier? That'll tell you what the
damage is. The rules are in the main book for barrier damage at speed.

There are a lot of questions when it comes to barriers. When it comes down
to it--I can opine all day, but it won't do much good--the real rulings
should come from your GM on issues like that. My call: no bashing, no
moving.

Damaging manipulations should pierce physical barriers, unless physical
barriers stop heat and light. After all, what else is a Flame Bomb? What is
the significant physical component of a damaging manipulation spell?

Just my opinions, as always.
