The standard spell formula prices depend on the spell's force and drain
level. According to page 170 in MITS its:
Light Drain Force*50¥
Moderate Drain Force*100¥
Serious Drain Force*500¥
Deadly Drain Force*1000¥

The formulas also have a street index of 2.

Depending on your GM, and your character's contacts and skills, a formula
could be sold for just about any price up to market value. However, the
standard is 30% of market value.
