I realized my last response was a tad flippant, so:
I cannot speak for David nor Sven, but I personally can say that the
experience has been remarkably painless. Everyone was really great about
paying up on time, my printer was wonderful and accommodating (and cheap!),
and IMHO the shirts did come out looking very good.
I think the geographically separated print runs are *definitely* the way to
go in future; I know for us Aussies it was WAY cheaper. (It cost us about
half what it would have cost if buying list shirts from a US vendor.) I
would definitely volunteer to do it again next year, if the Aussies were
happy with my performance, and next year I'd at least know what I was
doing, so I'd be a bit more organized. ;-)
As to whether next year's looks as good - well, that's dependent on who
does the artwork. (Unlike my t-shirt-producing abilities, I make absolutely
no claim about my artistic talent!)
