] Dunno about the list, but here's how I come up with Names for NPCs: take
] a video, watch it (have fun, of course ;-) and when it's time for the
] credits, write them down. Usually the cast is about 300 people, so that
] should be enough for one session... And how about consulting your good
] 'ole telephone book?
For me, Anglophone names aren't a problem, I just look in the phone
book, or else use the media to help me out. It's the foreign names
that get me...I need Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish, Russian,
Korean, Arabic, German, Norwegian, etc, etc, et-fraggin'-cetera. And
how does one get ahold of these? It's tough...there're limited books,
and there're foreign movies, but it would be nice to have a resource to
call upon. Research is soooo tedious.
