SO what the hell else is new? Yeah, there's likely to be some old stuff in
there, but then again, but maybe some 3rd Ed tweaking was needed. The bulk
of the book, as I understand it, is a roadmap to the Matrix, a la the other
Target books, with lots of emphasis on what you're likely to find at, say,
Shadowlands (if you're fool enough to try to break in).

Huh? I don't know where you're coming up with this, since the title
doesn't suggest a magic book at all. It suggests a historical text, maybe
that world atlas some of you are so damned keen on.
