I agree with you, Bull. You're right. If my older posts about my dislike
of the DHS helped chime into this feeling of bickering, I apologize.

On to lighter topics, about your sig line. Very cool. Here's something I
was wondering though: All things being equal, an Ork could never be a better
decker than a Human. Att maxes and att links and all. Doesn't that seem a
little wonky? I know aptitudes can greatly influence talent, and that's why
someone who doesn't work as hard as someone else can still be better than the
other person, but should this apply to whole races?
