I think Twist, and everyone else for that matter, that a better way to view
essence is NOT as a reflection of the soul or a measure of the souls'
integrity. I would suggest that it be viewed as the strength of the
"BINDINGS" between the soul/eternal spirit and the physical/mortal flesh. As
the one is weakened, the others' want to grow free increases.
