| In our game today a question arose concerning the elemental
| effect of light:
|
| Does a damaging manipulation spell with the elemental effect
| of light (NOT lightning) penetrate glass (or similar, transparent
| materials)?
|
| We ruled against it for the time being, but you have to admit
| it's no definite yes / no - affair...
|

Hmmm....that's a thought but in the scope of game balance, how about letting
only the secondary effect of the light penetrate?

Of course this opens lots of questions as to what frequency the light is,
the class is probably blocking out ultraviolet rays like car windows of
today and such and how about tinted glass etc.... I'd leave it as GM call to
use whenever it could enhance the scene...

Peace,
