HI! New to the list. So don't flame me please if this question has come up
before. This question is concering SR3 magic drain and the fact that I'm a
bit confused on it. In the main SR3 book it states that "The Damage Level
determines the spell's base Drain Level." Does that mean that the caster
must resist the base damage of the spell or the end result in damage as
drain? Thanks for your help.
