Who wishes he had the eyes to be??? Okay, I'll bite. What does this
statement mean?

And, as for "Target: Armies", I doubt it. HOWEVER, if we hope and pray
nicely, the "Cannon Companion" might give information similar to what is
likely coming out with Man&Machine (and, if Adam's got the MP3's going,
you'll know what I mean).
