I apologize if this offends anyone.
I have a set of morals I follow to the letter, I dont feel that I'm overly
desesitized
(I still cry when someone I know dies), but people SR and all other RPG's
are a FANTASY world.
My GM's are perfectly fine people, but if they play in a campaign and there
is someone in the
group who plays an evil mean sardonic sadistic character, we let him. As
far as idea for the
characters go i must say I think it is wrong to limit your characters. Gear
and other things
are almost alays limited and thats cool but if e have in our group a drugger
who happens to
enjoy maiming people... he can be what he is. It is, in my opinion, wrong
to limit anything
that is not hurting the individuals or the group. Everyone is as entitled
to an opinion as they
are to breathe! No, you all are perfectly fine if you ant to limit your
PC's, and while I,
(unless the idea is offensive in nature to someone in the group, myself
included) won't limit my PC's
let's not forget that runners are, by nature, theives, cutthroats, pirates,
hackers, killers,
and other evil things, I do NOT endorse any of these things IRL, but when we
run, we ain't IRL are we?

My point is this, "It's a game" don't take it as any more or any less.

With deepest sincerity,
Justin "Farseer" Berman
