FASA Mike: Playing a magical adept: you must choose either metamagic ability
or power point
FASA Mike: you do not get a "free one" for increasing your grade and then
get to choose one
VoceNoctum: ah, so they DON'T get the option for a second power point?
FASA Mike: They DO NOT.

So, you do not automatically get a power point and a metatalent, with the
option of the second power point in exchange for the metatalent.
Its either one power point OR a metatalent.
Of course, YMMV, but that is the current ruling.
