Very hard but not impossible especially if you use extra
rules to obtain hard-to-get items from companion3 or
Shadowtech(I believe) it's just a matter of about 3 month
(by the rules).

That's right.

Hey - 50kY for every dead cop? Lone Star must be RICH. (I
know not for every dead cop just for those with the killers
escaped). Cop-Killers are hunted but Lone Star, yes, but
THAT hard ???
BTW you don't have to kill the cop - just some good shots
with narcoject or Neuro Stun granades can do wonderful things.

Apart from the reasons of how intense Lone Star will hunt
the cop-killer I don't think that the Ruger Thunderbolt is
really THAT bad. The only real advantage is that you have a
comparable small weapon (conceal of 5 I believe) and a high
damage (12S). But the second shot if +4 (or more!) so it's
really hard to hit a second time in one initiative pass. You
can do similar damage with EX-ammo and an aimed shot. And
the most important reason is that you must fire burst with
your 12-ammo clip. That means 4 shots and your magazine is
empty. Of course you can let the character build LONG clips
but that gets really obvious and uncomfortable.
In my view sniper rifles are more unbalancing than a pistol
with four shots. Of course it depends on your game!

All just my opinion.

BTW, I though that I've read somewhere that explosive ammo
cannot be shot in burst or auto mode. Did I have a day dream
or is there such a limitation?
