I don't know about you guys but the security organizations in my game tend to
have ballastics files on all their guns, and serial numbers and company logos
etched into them and other weapons. As well as placing Active On Demand tracer
chips on them all.

I've got a PC right now running around with some Renraku Katanas and I'm just
waiting to spring a team of Red Samurai on him.

I'll prabably just have them show up at his apartment in the middle of the night
a few weeks down the road after his patterns and contacts are fully documented
by them.
