Yes..it is very possible..But..Did you know that close to 95% of all
kit cars remain unbuilt or at the most only partially built..So..even
if a rigger was able to get a bits and pieces drone that had all the
parts..that doesn't mean it would get built or would operate once
built..even if he/she knew what they were doing..

And as far as fabricating an entire drone..that is a lot easier said
than done..Especially if all you buy in one piece is the power
plant/processors/sensors..And then fabricate the rest..That is going
to take a lot of man hours/experimentation/work..even if you have
blueprints..
