The fragmentation of the the US would have caused the CDC to split up, so
CDC/UCAS passes might not be much good inthe CAS, NAN or CFS. Although, I
can see the UCAS and CAS, maybe the CFS and a couple of the NANs, having
liasons between each other.
In that case, a CDC/UCAS pass may get you into certain part of the CAS's
equivelent's files. Outbreak reports and virology definantly (which would
also go to WHO), but things like files on ChemBio R&D and intell offices
would have BIG black ice.
Actually, that might be kind of cool- black IC that looks like a fatal
virus or bacterium.
