I was under the impression (no, I don't remember why) that hand razors were
a composite carbon fiber, in which case it probably couldn't withstand the
heat of the plasma carbon used to Dikote.

But if not, of course. (Although the strength of the connection to the
fingertip required to allow it to actually cut through actual
armor--vehicle--would have to be substantial.)

And don't forget about Dikoted flechettes!
