Thats what so few people understand about the drugs trade.
These people are producing and shipping tons of product every DAY
when you look at the bigger picture. No way any one bust is going to
throw them
off at all. On the contrary, busts make it look like the authorities
are doing their
jobs and stemming the tide.
Acceptable loss for a PR boost wouldnt you think?
I reckon the only way to slow these guys down is controlled
legalistation.
Where did I read in an SR sourcebook that you could buy certain
controlled
substances in the Stuffer Shack? I think they went so far as to say
you could buy
alcohol and pot if you were over 18....
Wouldnt that be cool :)
