In the CZ, sure, but that's a rather special case. The normal price there
would probably be from whoever is in power in the area you're in, while
the price with street index would be from someone else selling the same
stuff in that area.

At one point, we had a character who had a contact he called a "BTL shop
owner," that was always pronounced as "beetle shop owner." The contact or
the shop never really showed up in the game, except for one time, when it
turned out to be a Beatles-shop -- selling anything related to that band --
but which also sold BTLs, provided you asked the right questions.
