Mea Culpa.... I was the person Dvixen was reffering too... and here was the
post I was trying to share with everyone about it all....

Well folks, I happened to ask a friend of mine who was stationed over in
Bosnia too recently for his own comfort about the Urban stuff, and this is
what he sent back to me. Pay particular attention to the last para. Given
what he says about it, they would NOT issue anything other than woodland,
since it works almost as well in an urban environment...
