Silly rules that they really should clarify...
We treat it as +1 damage code, if that helps at all. Since the razors have
edges rather than just puncturing things. Just like little knives.
FWIW, We give +1 damage code rather than +1 to power for certain arrows as
well. If you've ever looked at a razorheaded hunting arrow, it's basically
three or four bladed edges doing the work...
