You could always make her a blood mage, who slowly draws blood from him
during these session to power some ritual sorcery.
She could even be planning his ultimate demise as a sacrifice to summon a
decent sized Blood Spirit! ;-)

One of them really is just a nice rich girl.
As far as she knows, they got their money from Daddy's inheritance.
She's been kept in the dark by her smarter, more devious sister, because Dad
knew she wouldn't be able to handle the truth.
Maybe they are the daughters of a Zobop higher-up?

Have you picked his enemy yet?
If not why not go with something really off the wall, like maybe
Winternight, or some Atlantean conspiracy group/cult that thinks he's the
embodiment of Zraqjhty - the child vampire god sleeping at the heart of
Mars. ;-)
Oh yeah, they need to kill him, or the world will be destroyed.
But first they need him to father a child who will grow to become
Sksdf'sdf'sdf the ruler of Utopion City who will usher in a new age of peace
and enlightenment.
They could be kooks, or they could be right! ;-)
Better yet, make them right, but have them get it backwards, and have the
kid turn out to be the evil avatar! ;-)
