Well the Lined Coat in summer has one small problem. It's not the heat,
it's not that the character will seat like a pig... It's the fact that a
guy who is wearing a Lined Coat in summer, with a sun burning above at
40 C ( dunno how much in F this is, but it's bloody hot), will certainly
draw much attention. The cops will probably say: "Oh another crazy
runner trying to pass with his gun hidden under his lined coat in the
middle of the summer :-)". When a player did that thing once in one of
my games, I didn't bother to roll any perception checks vs the gun's
concealability. I had them search him and of course arrest him
immediately.
