Actually, most of the time the characters don't go out in and around the
hotter places unless they are wearing regular clothing in the games here.
Sure, we have our exceptions to this, but it has been the cause of more than
one moment of hilarity when the "SuperStreetSamurai(TM)" was caught in a
situation without anything beyond his pistol and Personal Charm(TM) to ward
off the attackers with ;-)

Now mind you, I have also seen where the group will go out of their way to
invest in stuff ranging from strange, alterior-style, Bioware to the
Initiated Shaman/Magician having a spirit running around with guard/permanent
breeze-up-their-ass tricks to stay cool (and you just thought that was the
Sewer you were smelling in the Marketplace ... didn't you??!!??). But, this
also ranks up there with the shaman who started with an allergy to Pollutants
and came up with a "Personal Clean Air Field" and put it on an
enchantment/quickening (I think it as a Tattoo actually ...) in response once
he had the ability/karma to do so *JUST* so he wouldn't have to wear one of
those damndable masks ... Of course, when he was in Aztlan (where decorated
masks are an "in" thing, he also had a rebreather mask enchanted as an
Illusion Focus +3 at one point in time too, so *there* ;PPPPPP

I can't think of any "House Rules" for this at this time, but I do seem to
recall a conversation/topic on the list quite some time ago about "Armor and
Fatigue" due to Heat Exhaustion. Alfredo, did you do those???
