Sourcebook can answer your question, but
I don't own one :(
Anyway, I think Metahumans would be not
that common, as they are subject to heavy
racism. Elves and Dwarves would be more
common than Orcs and Trolls, as they are
the "better" Metas. IMO, one in twenty
officers is a elf or dwarf, one in fourty
an orc or troll.
