Personally, if I were going to use a Magic Resistance Edge, I would allow a specific
number of dice to be used. Then these dice would be rolled as if they were Spell Defense
against EVERY spell cast at the character with said Edge. This way, they could still be
voluntary targets, but would be harder to effect with magic all the way around. That's
what I would do -- as always, YMMV.
