Its to much of a stereo-type to be completely without base. Besides, I've
seen it happen- activities that leave me fresh as a daisy have friends
twice as massive sweating up a storm. Having more body mass means you have
more heat to dump (you build up more heat hauling that mass around, if
nothing else), and that heat has a longer distance to go from core to
surface. That's not a big factor with blood flow providing "active"
cooling (which is what sweating does), but large animals (say, trolls) DO
have an advantage when trying to stay warm.
