They aren't that invisible any uv ones i;ve ever seen can be seen to some
degree if you look. Also These can be forged as well. Best thing would be
imho, at birth an implant is well implanted.
A tattoo would have to be on the neck really, a limb can be lost, but if
your neck is cut in half well, your dead anyway..
