How about for security reasons? It's your security card? Or how about the
same reasons they give for fingerprinting kids today? So we can find them
if they are abducted? Imagine LoJack for people...
Makes tracking criminals easier if it's an implant that can;t be removed
easily..say somwhere in the skull?
