I agree with Dvixen here.
Not only would Jews have a problem with this, so would many Christians.
Ever hear of a little something from the book of Revelations called "The
Mark of the Beast?"
It's prety much exactly what you're describing, an invisible mark on the
hand and/or forehead, that you MUST have in order to do business.
In the Bible, the Antichrist uses it to identify Christians who would oppose
him.
This could actually be an interesting twist for a game.
Let the new UCAS president start a program like this, and then have him
start fulfilling other prophecies of the Antichrist.
Wait and see what happens when the runners make the connection! ;-)
