Hmmm. I can't think of the corp managers being cruel dictators. Er ... cruel
yes (but not in public), dicators no. I think the average wageslave really
thinks the corp is his/her family.
Besides, I think the corps have adopted some aspects of japanese management.
And AFAIK japanese corporations never dismiss. They cut loans, they cut
vacation time, whatever, but they never dismiss. Think of the book "Predator
and Prey": If Amy Berman has done anything wrong, she won't be dismissed but
employed as a room cleaner.
