I'd guess none of them, all of them, or some of them :) I don't know all
that much about these sorts of things, but AFAIK you simply register the
domain, such as novatech.com, and then when you get it up and running you
install some software for the WWW server -- which usually gets called
"www" to make it clear to everyone what it is, but you can give it any
name you want -- "members," "home," or anything else you fancy.
