SR3, sixth printing. Chances are you do not have a first printing,
unless you bought the book very early; all printings after the first
incorporate some errata, including the skill cost correction.

Yes, I was the Malkavien Elder. I'm bummed, because I missed the last
game, and never got to "explain" my character, who was really rather
diffrent from what people though (no duh, being Malkavien). Among other
things, I was "only" eigth generation, and was (potentially) not as much a
freind to the setites as I seemed, if in the right frame of mind. Nobody
ever earned my trust or tried to mess with my head enough to figure out what
was in there- and nobody ever attacked my influence, which was where all my
strength lay, which made the game kinda dull for me by the end.
Unfortunatley, I have no idea who you might be...
