Who knows? All that I am sure of is that this is the second year
running where people come into their morning classes bragging about
having been downtown and gotten tear-gassed after the game. It's a
toss up whether the gas or the beer had a bigger impact on the color
of their eyes... The city spent the last week bolting down everything
they could to minimize damage, and closing the downtown area to
traffic.
