Note to EVERYBODY:
If you're doing _anything_ with the new list (trying to visit the
website, trying to subscribe, trying to send mail after you've
subscribed, and so on) and you get any errors like the following:

DNS Error
Cannot Resolve
Host Unknown
Host Not Found
Invalid Domain Name

or any other error that mentions either DNS or Domain, here is the
cause:

"lists.html.com" is a brand-spankin new domain name. The databases
that contain the computer-readable numerical IP addresses that
corrispond to each domain name might not have recieved a listing for
"lists.html.com" yet. Listings for new domain names get updated into
these databases automatically, however the process takes a few days.

Also, during that time, computers might crash, and have to be restored
with an older backup copy of the database, that wouldn't have the
listing for "lists.html.com". Because of this, you might be able to
use the new address fine for a time, and then suddenly start getting
DNS Errors again, until the backup database is re-updated.

If your connection to the net doesn't recognize "lists.html.com" at
the moment, please don't panic! If it still doesn't recognize it a
week from now, then you can panic.

Here's an excerpt from an Admin post that apparently a lot of peple
missed:

Thank you!
