Not so, not so.

I have New Seattle in my hot little hands even as we speak!
I'm still reading through it, but so far I like what I see.
Nice coverage of the local tribes and gangs.
Good outline of local politics.
EXCELLENT index of locations in the back! Very useful for generating quick
locales, or seeing where everything is in relation to other things. (Can we
sneak through the sewers from the Arcology to the Pyramid???)

So, yeah - it's out. It looks a LOT better than the last couple releases.
Oh ye of little faith. ;-)
