Cybereyes do not unless they are on thermo imaging mode.
They do not
count as technical devices concerning to magic.

That's true for SR2 but not anylonger for SR3.

There is not cannon statement how invisibility works. I do interpret
(improved) invisibilty the same way you do. Improved invisibility
should bend the light (with ignoring all the problems like
"How can
the character see if all the light is bend") and normal invisibility
should be a question of the brain not wanting to see something.
Therefore you are right. There is no reason why thermosight
can see
through normal invisibilty.
But improved invisibility should be better than normal
invisibility and
therefore I rule(d) that thermo can see through normal invisibility.

But that's the past. Since SR3 both invisibilities is
"impervious" to
thermo. So it's up to you (or your GM) how you handle this problem.
