As soon as you create something, its covered by intellectual copyright. At
least over here (and I see no reason why the US is any different). However,
you probably could prove that there has been no loss to FASA (obviously the
time line is useless unless you own the sourcebooks) and so you shouldn't
have to pay them anything in terms of compensation... they may be able to
get an injuction on you for distributing it - but that'd be bad for biz
("They did WHAT to someone trying to help another GM run a campaign?").
