There are such things in NERPS: ShadowLore
(http://shadowrun.html.com/nerps for the main page, or
http://shadowrun.html.com/nerps/ShadowLore/ for an HTML version of the
book), written by Todd Montgomery and our own Wordman -- stuff like the
Ziess Full Spectrum package: cybereyes, thermographic, low-light, and
flare compensation for 10,000 nuyen, just as you proposed.

I think you want too much for this campaign. I like being accurate myself,
but this is a case where you can easily make it up yourself without fear
of contradicting anything. If you want Renraku (for example) to make
cybereyes, they make cybereyes under whatever name you like, plain and
simple.
