I was also recently looking for the rigger errata, but I don't think one was
released yet. While Jon Szeto (the author) has been nice enough to answer most
questions (on the list and on AOL) that is usually one or two at a time, and I
do not know if any have been compiled yet.

I do remember that one being spotted, and you are correct it should be +1
Accel per level.
