And that is the sort of thing that is covered in the Maintenance and Op-Tempo
rules.

Ive been staying out of this, but I do agree with one thing, Riggers and SOTA
would be more along the lines of the electronics, either for the vehicle (ala
Sensors and the like) or Control electronics (decks, etc. Especially if your
riggers use encryption alot on their decks. That would be abig area for SOTA
play, as the corps come up with new encryption routines, forcing the players
to upgrade their decrypts to handle it, or alternatly, the corps have cracked
a certain encryption scheme and you need to replace it... lots of possibility
in those)

Slipspeed is correct in one respect... A car is a car is a car, and dosnt
change that much that quickly. But on the other hand, consider the way the
car electronics market has changed over the last few years... almost every
week there is some wiz new gadget to put in your dashboard.
