That is what FASA *Interactive Technology* does. FASA owned FASAit,
which has the exclusive rights to develop such (computer) games based on
published FASA games. Now MS has that right. Note that this simply means
MS can make "FASA style" computer games, not that MS has any control over
FASA (non computer) games- they hold a license from FASA, not the other
way around.
