You were doing great until that last little bit. If you force a
character into a bad situation, that's just being mean (which, BTW, can
have it's place). If you present the character with a bad situation
and entice them to enter willingly, that's evil.

So let's say the character is greedy. He is offered a *large* sum of
money to do a job that requires breaking into the research lab. Once
inside he finds out there are naga all over the place, but he can still
back out. Will he back out, or keep going in order to get that *large*
sum of money?
