The "Paradise Lost" adventure has a section that appears to be the
"sourcebook" for Hawaii. I have yet to actually read it, and it is a bit
outdated.. but it's something. You can usually find a copy of the
adventure on ebay, and it goes fairly cheap (I got mine for $4.00 and
shipping).
